Join us for a beautiful autumn ride through Western Perry County. You will enjoy scenic rural roads, Amish farms, covered bridges, and the great outdoors.

Bike4Books Tour Safety Features
***HELMETS ARE REQUIRED***
- SAG (support and gear)
- Phone numbers for mechanical problems and emergencies
- Bicycle mechanic
- Cue sheets with maps
- Courses marked with color coded arrows
- Rest Stops with rest rooms, water & Gatorade, snacks and our famous Whoopie Pies!
Participants are expected to obey all traffic regulations.
Roads are not closed,. Riders share them with automobile traffic.
We recommend you carry a cell phone with you during your ride.

Want to Walk or Hike Instead?
Come and take advantage of the network of trails within Little Buffalo State Park.
Some trails offer hikers the beauty and sounds of Little Buffalo Creek and Holman Lake. There are many good opportunities for seeing wildlife.
Highlights include a covered bridge over Furnace Run, Shoaff’s Grist Mill with a working water wheel, and an original rail car.

Can’t ride? Conflict in schedule? But still want to contribute to the Bike4Books?
Be a Ghost Rider You don’t have to show up, sweat, or exert yourself in any way.
Just check the Ghost Rider option on the registration form and send with a check for $25. We will mail you a cool 2017 B4B T-shirt.

Bike4Books Tour Routes
Choose one of following courses.
All courses begin and end at Little Buffalo State Park, and include rest stops and road support.
- 5K Ride Family fun ride, along the lake and back
- 25K Ride Easy, rolling hills, one rest stop
- 50K Ride Easy, rolling hills, plus one challenging hill, one rest stop
- 100K Ride Difficult, challenging hills, three rest stops
When you finish, join us for a free meal provided by our generous sponsors.
