Human Trafficking Program at Marysville-Rye

Aug. 15 @ 6 PM the library will be hosting a program presented by Jocelyn Miller from YWCA on human trafficking. Harrisburg is a problem area because of I-81 and I-83 corridors. She will discuss what to look for and she stressed that a program like this is important before kids go back to school.
